Nourish To Flourish is a step-by-step nutrition program that helps you optimise your personal nutrition, so that you can achieve and maintain a healthy weight, improve your energy levels, your moods, your sleep, your brain functioning and fully support your overall health.

This is NOT a short-term, restrictive diet.

The program is designed to help you optimise your nutrition through gradual, manageable changes that are integrated into your daily routine one step at a time, over a period of 4 months, starting on the 28th of January 2025.

On this journey you’ll be guided by Klara Debeljak, Certified Nutrition Coach and Director at Nourishi, who will help you implement these changes step-by-step, tailor them to your specific needs, food preferences and lifestyle, and overcome any challenges along the way.

    In each session we focus on one aspect of your nutrition and improve it through small, targeted changes that have a powerful impact on your health and bring you closer to your wellbeing goals. Throughout the program, these steps then build on each other, allowing you to gradually optimise your eating habits in a stress-free way. All sessions are recorded, so that you can revisit them whenever you like.

  • Membership in a private Nourish To Flourish digital community

    This is your space for sharing your successes and challenges, asking questions, connecting with fellow participants and supporting each on your health journey. Klara will moderate the community and also use it to share further nutrition tips, recipes, and other practical content between the group sessions.

  • 24/7 access to Klara’s advice and support via direct messaging

    For any sensitive topics or more personal questions that you’d rather not discuss in our digital community, you are welcome to message Klara directly any time. She’ll be here to support you all the way!

  • One individual, 1:1 consultation with Klara

    To dive even deeper and help you further personalise your nutrition so that it fully matches your individual health situation, wellbeing goals, food preferences and unique lifestyle, you’ll also receive one individual, 60-min nutrition consultation with Klara. You can book this session at any point during the program.

After many years in the corporate world, Klara established Nourishi following her own health struggles and managing to overcome them simply by changing her nutrition.
