HOLISTIC NUTRITION

We are what we eat and what we put on our plates every day feeds not only our body, but also our mind and emotions.

During the retreat you’ll have an opportunity to:

  • Take part in 3 private, Nourishment For Mental Wellness workshops with Klara Debeljak, Certified Nutrition Coach and Director at Nourishi, where you’ll learn exactly how nutrition affects your mental and emotional wellness and what you can do practically to support it through food.

  • Enjoy a full-board, Gourmet Whole Foods Menu (breakfast, lunch and dinner), thoughtfully designed by Klara and the resident chef, with ingredients to nurture your mental and emotional wellness.

  • Indulge in an exclusive, fit-for-a-queen 3-course lunch at Bled Castle on our first day, where we will also start our retreat journey.

MASTERING THE MINDSET

Your mindset is an incredibly powerful tool that can help you stay centered even in the roughest storm, when its nurtured in the right way.

To help you optimise your mindset so that it can fully support your mental and emotional wellbeing we prepared for you:

  • 3 private workshops with Lesley Calvo, Personal and Professional Coach, NLP Master Practitioner and Reiki Master, where you’ll discover practical approaches that will help you Master Your Mindset, Overcome The Overwhelm and Deepen The Connection To Yourself. Discover simple techniques that enable you to quickly release stress, reset your focus and recharge your energy throughout the day.

  • Evening meditations with Lesley for a more restorative sleep and recovery, so that you can wake up fully rested, centered and ready to take on the day.

HEALING MOVEMENT PRACTICES

We all know that regular movement is fundamental for physical, as well as for mental and emotional health.

But there are some practices that are particularly powerful and can help us directly reduce anxiety, depression, stress, balance our moods and improve self-esteem. As a part of our retreat you’ll have the chance to experience three of them - Tai Chi, Qigong and yoga.

You’ll enjoy:

  • Daily, 30-min group Tai Chi and Qigong sessions, guided by Spela Kolenc, an experienced Tai Chi and Qigong teacher, who will help you maximise the positive impact of these ancient Chinese practices on your wellbeing.

  • A pre-retreat group yoga class focused on Mental Wellness and led by yoga expert Irina Nowak. This session will take place 2 weeks before the retreat in Baar, Switzerland.

EXCLUSIONS, REFUNDS and HEALTH & SAFETY

Exclusions

Transportation to the retreat. (However, if you arrive to / depart Ljubljana Airport at the same time as some of the other participants we will organise your transport from the airport to Bled and back free of charge).

Any personal health, liability, travel or other insurance.

Alcoholic or other beverages not already included in the retreat package

Spa treatments.


Refunds & Cancellations

In case of event cancellation by the organisers of the retreat (due to Covid-19 restrictions or any other reasons), you will receive a full refund.

If you cancel your participation at the retreat, no refund will be given, however, we will be happy to accept the transfer of your participation and payments to a new participant (e.g. a friend).


Health & Safety

We have opted for double rooms with single use to maintain privacy of each retreat participant.

Masks and social distancing will be adhered to according to the country and hotel requirements and each participant takes responsibility for their own wellbeing and safety precautions at their own discretion.

As a participant you also confirm that to the best of your knowledge you have no Covid-19 symptoms and have not been in contact with anyone else who does, and that you do not pose a health risk to yourself or any other person who may be present at the retreat.

The retreat fee can be settled either in full upfront or in instalments, based on the agreed payment plan.
