HOW THE CHALLENGE WORKS
Your Nutritionist
This is a 4-week challenge, led by a Certified Nutrition Coach Klara Debeljak and starting on June 7, 2021.
4 Weekly Mini Challenges
Each week Klara will share with you a mini challenge with simple steps that will help your body gently detox, improve wellbeing and achieve a positive change in your eating habits.
You’ll also receive practical handouts, such as recipes, meal planning guides and other materials, to help you seamlessly integrate these steps into your daily life.
Tracking Your Progress
You’ll be able to track your progress and changes in your wellbeing through your personal nutrition and wellbeing tracking sheet.
If you decide to participate in the competition (with prizes!), you can share your sheet with Klara at the end of every week. Klara will then allocate one point for every step that you complete each day, add up all the points and provide individual feedback to you.
At the end of the challenge we’ll announce the overall winners, with prizes that will help keep your detox ability up even after the challenge. The prizes will be announced before the challenge begins.
If you prefer not to participate in the competition, you can also keep the tracker just to yourself and your points anonymous.
Ongoing Support
And, to make sure that you are fully supported on your health journey and can make this challenge a great success, Klara will provide you with ongoing support throughout the challenge.
Every week we’ll connect through a live video group session, where we’ll discuss your progress, celebrate your successes, answer your questions and help you overcome any challenges.
In between the live sessions you’ll also have 24/7 access to Klara’s advice via Whatsapp, and accountability and support from your fellow challenge participants via our digital community
